Reseller Terms

These terms apply to anyone who joins the OOUStream reseller program — by buying the reseller package or reseller credits. They sit alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
1. The package and credits
The reseller package is a one-time $50 reseller panel setup fee plus 50 credits. One credit is one connection for one month ($5). Credits are used when you create or extend an account for one of your customers: connections × months. You can buy more credits from inside your panel.
2. No refunds once issued
The setup fee and credits are non-refundable once they have been issued to your panel. We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can try the service before you buy.
3. You support your own customers
Your customers are your customers. You are responsible for supporting them — setup help, questions, and collecting payment. Your panel gives you tools to manage their accounts, and we support you, the reseller.
4. Your pricing is up to you
What you charge your customers is entirely your decision.
5. Your panel access is yours alone
Your reseller sign-in is for you only. You may not resell, share, or transfer access to your reseller panel to anyone else.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or close a reseller panel for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms. While a panel is suspended it cannot be signed into and its credits cannot be used.
7. Service provided as-is
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular channel or piece of content will always be available or that the service will be uninterrupted.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and purchases after a change are covered by the updated terms. Questions? Email oouchie@ooustream.com.
