Reseller Terms

These terms apply to anyone who joins the OOUStream reseller program — by buying the reseller package, reseller credits or the Automation add-on. They sit alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

1. The package and credits

The reseller package is a one-time $50 reseller panel setup fee plus 50 credits. One credit is one connection for one month ($5). Credits are used when you create or extend an account for one of your customers: connections × months. You can buy more credits from inside your panel — as a pack (50 credits for $250 or 100 credits for $450) or as a custom amount of at least 30 credits at $5 each. A credit is always worth one connection for one month, whichever way you bought it.

2. No refunds once issued

The setup fee and credits are non-refundable once they have been issued to your panel. The same applies to the Automation add-on once it is switched on, and to the card processing fee on any purchase. We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can try the service before you buy.

3. Card processing fee

Every reseller purchase — the package, credit packs, custom credit amounts, the Automation add-on and automatic top-ups — is paid by card. We add a separate “Card processing fee” line to each purchase so that, after the card processor's charge (currently 2.9% + 30¢), we receive the full price of what you bought. The fee is shown before you pay, on our site and in checkout. For example, on the $300 reseller package the fee is $9.27, so $309.27 is charged.

4. You support your own customers

Your customers are your customers. You are responsible for supporting them — setup help, questions, and collecting payment. Your panel gives you tools to manage their accounts, and we support you, the reseller.

5. Your pricing is up to you

What you charge your customers is entirely your decision.

6. Your panel access is yours alone

Your reseller sign-in is for you only. You may not resell, share, or transfer access to your reseller panel to anyone else.

7. The Automation add-on

Automation is a one-time $100 add-on (plus the card processing fee) for reseller panels that run on prepaid credit. You can buy it with the reseller package or later from inside your panel. It includes:

• Auto-renew. For each customer you switch it on for, shortly before that customer's service expires we renew it for one month at its current number of connections and take the credits from your balance — exactly as if you had extended the customer yourself. If a renewal fails on our side, the credits are returned automatically. If your balance is too low, nothing is taken and we email you. You can switch auto-renew off for any customer at any time.
• Expiry reminders. Your customers are emailed about 3 days and about 1 day before their service expires, asking them to renew with you, and are sent a text message only if they have agreed to receive texts. Customers set to auto-renew are not sent reminders. Reminders go to the contact details you entered for the customer, so please keep them accurate.
• Instant logins. When you add a customer with an email address, their login is emailed to them automatically.
• Low-credit auto top-up — see section 8.

8. Low-credit auto top-up — your authorization

Auto top-up is optional and off until you turn it on. If you turn it on, you authorize OOUStream to charge the card you saved, without asking you each time, for the credit pack you chose (50 credits for $250 or 100 credits for $450) plus the card processing fee, each time your credit balance falls below the level you chose — at most once per day. The exact wording you agreed to, and when, is stored with your settings and emailed to you.

Credits are added to your balance only after the payment succeeds. If a payment is declined or your bank asks for extra verification, auto top-up turns itself off and we email you; nothing more is charged until you save a card and turn it on again. You can change or turn off auto top-up at any time from your panel, and turning it off stops all future automatic charges. Automatic top-ups are covered by the same no-refund terms as credits you buy yourself.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close a reseller panel for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms. While a panel is suspended it cannot be signed into, its credits cannot be used, and Automation (including auto-renew and auto top-up) stops.

10. Service provided as-is

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular channel or piece of content will always be available or that the service will be uninterrupted.

11. Changes and contact
