What exactly do I get for $300?
Your own reseller panel (a one-time $50 setup) plus 50 credits worth $250. 1 credit = 1 connection for 1 month ($5). It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Do I have to wait for approval?
No. As soon as your payment goes through, your panel is set up automatically and your login is emailed to you — usually within a few minutes.
How are credits used?
Connections × months. A 2-connection account for 1 month uses 2 credits; for 3 months, 6 credits. A 4-connection account for 12 months uses 48 credits. Credits come off when you add or extend an account.
How do I get more credits?
From inside your panel: open Credit and choose Buy credits — a 50-credit pack for $250 or a 100-credit pack for $450, or any custom amount from 30 to 500 credits at $5 each (minimum $150). Paid by card and added automatically a moment after you pay.
What is the card processing fee?
Every purchase (the package, credits and Automation) is paid by card, and the card processor charges 2.9% + 30¢. We add that as a separate "Card processing fee" line so your credits are full value — for example $9.27 on the $300 package. You always see it before you pay.
What does Automation do?
It's a one-time $100 add-on that runs the routine work for you: customers you choose are renewed automatically before they expire (paid from your credits), your customers are reminded by email (and text, if they opted in) to renew with you, new customers get their login emailed instantly, and low-credit auto top-up buys a credit pack on your saved card when your balance runs low.
Can I add Automation later?
Yes. Tick "Add Automation" when you buy your panel, or add it any time from Credit inside your panel. It's one-time — no subscription. Auto-renew only renews customers you switch it on for, and auto top-up only charges your card when you've turned it on and authorized it.
What do I charge my customers?
That's up to you. You set your own prices and collect from your own customers.
Who supports my customers?
You do — you're their provider. Your panel gives you the tools (reset passwords, disconnect streams, see who's online), and we support you.

What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing is lost — adding and extending accounts simply pauses until you buy more. Your customers keep watching until their current period ends.
Is the setup fee or credit refundable?
No. The setup fee and credits are non-refundable once they are issued to your panel. Please try the free trial first if you're unsure.
