What exactly do I get for $300?
Your own reseller panel (a one-time $50 setup) plus 50 credits worth $250. 1 credit = 1 connection for 1 month ($5). It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Do I have to wait for approval?
No. As soon as your payment goes through, your panel is set up automatically and your login is emailed to you — usually within a few minutes.
How are credits used?
Connections × months. A 2-connection account for 1 month uses 2 credits; for 3 months, 6 credits. A 4-connection account for 12 months uses 48 credits. Credits come off when you add or extend an account.
How do I get more credits?
From inside your panel: open Credit and choose Buy credits — any whole number from 10 to 500, $5 each, paid by card. They are added automatically a moment after you pay.
What do I charge my customers?
That's up to you. You set your own prices and collect from your own customers.
Who supports my customers?
You do — you're their provider. Your panel gives you the tools (reset passwords, disconnect streams, see who's online), and we support you.

What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing is lost — adding and extending accounts simply pauses until you buy more. Your customers keep watching until their current period ends.
Is the setup fee or credit refundable?
